Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the dv360.co website. Client engagements (accounts, managed or co-managed services) are governed by individually signed service agreements; where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

2. Who we are

dv360.co is an independent provider of Display & Video 360 access and programmatic services. We are not Google. Google, Display & Video 360 and DV360 are trademarks of Google LLC; our use is referential and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

3. Website use

You may browse, share and reference our content with attribution. You may not scrape the site at scale, misrepresent our content as your own, attempt to compromise site security, or submit forms with false identity or automated tooling.

4. Content and no-advice disclaimer

Articles, guides and comparisons are provided in good faith for general information. Programmatic platforms change frequently; verify current platform behaviour before relying on any specific claim. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or professional advice.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Form submissions are enquiries, not orders. Quotes we issue are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and become binding only upon a signed agreement. We may decline engagements at our discretion, including for policy-restricted categories we cannot compliantly serve.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and downloadable materials are our property or licensed to us. Client deliverables and data ownership are defined in individual service agreements — our standard position is that campaign data, audiences and reports belong to the client.

7. Third-party links

Links to external sites (including Google documentation) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability within client engagements is defined in the signed agreement.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
