Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
dv360.co ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise.
1. Data we collect
Enquiry data. When you submit a form (contact, quote request, floating enquiry widget) we collect the details you provide: name, email address, mobile number, country, company and message content. This data is stored in our content management system and forwarded by email to our sales team.
Usage data. We collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs — through server logs and analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Business correspondence. Emails, call notes and documents exchanged during an engagement.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals you requested
- To deliver contracted services and manage billing
- To improve our website and content (aggregated analytics)
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without explicit consent. Submitting an enquiry results in a human response, not a drip sequence.
3. Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar regulations apply, we process data on the bases of: consent (form submissions), legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries, site analytics), contract performance (client engagements) and legal obligation (records retention).
4. Sharing
Your data is shared only with: our email and hosting infrastructure providers (as processors), professional advisers where legally required, and authorities when compelled by law. Client campaign data inside advertising platforms is governed by the platform's own terms in addition to this policy.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Contractual and financial records are kept for the statutory periods of the applicable jurisdiction.
6. Security
Data is stored on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit, role-based permissions and audit logging. Lead records are accessible only to authorized staff.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request: access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing. Write to privacy@dv360.co and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting active clients are notified by email.
